Unlike other workshops and seminars, Avatar begins by teaching you to celebrate who you are-- not your behaviors, not the material things you have acquired, not your relationships, but who YOU are.

It is impossible to describe Avatar in a few words or even a few pages. In fact, it is impossible to adequately describe it at all. It must be experienced.

The Avatar program is composed of three sections:

On the first day of Resurfacing (Section I) you are given a new perspective on the word relax -- to WIDEN BACK. You are then given exercises that allow you to experience yourself doing just that. This expanded viewpoint allows you an opportunity to see yourself realistically, without judging what you see.

In Section II you fully experience aspects of yourself that you want to change, allowing you to become your own change agent. Instead of theories about how life works, you see the theories transformed into amazing practice and realize how your life works, what doesn't work, and most important, how to change it. You shift from victim of your life circumstances into the creator of life events, by changing your response.

Section III provides techniques for deepening your experience of you and letting go of unwanted behaviors. All of this is practiced at an experiential level so that you can take home the power to change what YOU will when YOU choose.
